How Do You Define Truth?

I just thought this might be an interesting thread to start. Now, depending on how you look at the question, "what is truth", it can be viewed in different ways.
On the one hand there could be an "absolute truth" of some sort, which would mean that there is only one right answer to every question, and to every situation, and therefore (according to that logic) every other answer is wrong.
On the other hand, there could be such a thing as "personal truth", as I'll call it, which is truth depending on someone's perspective, opinion, and upbringing. By this logic, what is correct to you may be incorrect to someone else, thus how debates are born, lol.
So, what do you think about these ponderings? Let's hear it.

let us talk about truth per se. mathematical truths are among those which you have described to be the truth that can only be one and only. like one plus one equals two, one tmes one equals one. in no way at all that any other answer can hold true.
however, for those other truths, there can only be one truth, too. the truth that the person perceives to be. altough you may consider what i consider to be very true, as something which needs proving yet, still what is in your mind and heart, no matter how much doubt you may have in me, it will never twist the truthfulness of the matter for me.
this is because, i have stated my fact of the matter in all honesty.

The truth is something that is based on facts or something that can be supported by facts. However, when one is ask to tell the truth in terms of feelings then it could be something more complex. She may say something which will look like the truth but somehow deep inside her it's not. "Personal truth" is a lot more difficult to define than "absolute truth".
