yes , the main site is for link exchange. but they say we can get paid in the forum. i will try and find that if they really pay.

The only information I could find about payment for posting in the Forum was that not all threads/headings pay. Why don't you use the forum to ask for explanation about the payment system? Why must people come to MyLot to ask questions like this when, most often, the best thing to do is to read the FAQs and TOS on the site in question and to request support from them for clarification if necessary? MyLot is not a chat or support site for miscellaneous programs which very often have their own explanations and support! It's a discussion site for useful and interesting discussions.
