does ICECREAM enhance BODY WEIGHT????

DOES ice cream increase our body weight..? may be..... i reduced consuming them. just because they increase our body weight... i dont really know how they increase our weight, but i want to reduce my weight, so i decided to consume very few times. but i cant stop myself when i saw someone eating.... what to do....??????

i dont think it does add to your body weight and if it did then it a very very little bit, anyways who cares who would give up the lovly ice cream for a little bit of weight gaining. i no i wouldnt!
