Change we need?

the world is changing and all of the people want change.what kind of change we need?can we describe our need?is it our basic need or else.do we will satisfied with a little change.what is your opinion.please describe your thought.

the only constant in this world is change. whether we like it or not, changes are inevitable. all that we have in control are our own selves. it is our attitude towards changes that need to be changed inorder to catch up with this constant.
