I visited Honolulu it is such a beautiful country and water is so warm you can peacefully swim in water. There are many coconut trees and most of the food you find is pineapple and coconut based food. Lots of places to visit. I liked to stay near the water, my daughter loved playing in the sand and float. My husband and my daughter went in submarine and I could not go because they don't have wheelchair accessibility. Did anyone of you visit and want to share what other places you visited.

we did not have money but air tickets we got tickets for miles accumulation in Asian miles we travel to India, we had to spend on hotel and we got hotel near to the Waikiki beach so did not have to rent a taxi, or have a car. We can use shuttles, and trolleys.

Nope, I haven't been there. I'm not a beach person. I like looking at pictures of the beach, but when I'm there, I don't like the heat at all. I do want to go scuba diving. And of course, if someone flies me to Hawaii for free, or if my future boyfriend brings me there, then I'd be ecstatic! I want to visit the macadamia nut factory. We always buy the Hawaiian Host chocolates they are so delicious!

We went about 8 or 9 years ago, the climate was AWESOME, big huge flowers on the trees, mild weather, just warm enough. We stayed at the Aston Circle, it was average, but just across the street from the ocean.
The only thing was it was so EXPENSIVE! We left there broke, literally! I think we had 75 cents change when we left. The only thing that was cheap was chocolate covered macadamia nuts, I ate a box a day while we were there, I got there weighing about 110 lbs and when I got home, I had gained 7 lbs! That's Ok though. Next time I go, I will try to find an all inclusive place, I think there is 1 somewhere over there.

I went to Hawaii when I was 20 years old on my trip around the world. I so enjoyed spending time on the North Shore on its palm fringed beach. The waves were high and I saw some people surfing. I went on a whale watching trip. Wow! I visited Pearl Harbor and it was so sad but interesting. I spent my last day on Waikiki Beach thought was was rather developed. I found prices there expensive and my next destination was Fiji where I found it cheaper. I think that island hopping might be lovely in Hawaii however prices would be high.

Hawaii is a beautiful place although I'm not a beach person. I've been to Maui and Kauai. I like Maui better. Being in a submarine 30-ft under was pretty cool. Seeing the sea life down there was a trip. Kauai is a bit boring. The only thing I found cool there was the location where they shot Jurassic Park but even there I kind of wanted to go back to the hotel instead. I would want to see Honolulu next time :)

I was in Hawaii just long enough to say that I was there, and the only part of it that I saw was through the air port windows. For me it was just a stop to change planes but it's on to list of places to go.
If I could only spend one day there, I'd see the active lava fields and then spend my evening at a luau on the beach.
