Should people who ride bikes be allowed to ride down the middle of the road, or should they be considered pedestrians? Personally, if there is more than one lane I don't really care. However, I get really annoyed when I have to drive at 5 miles an hour because someone is riding a bike.

How can a cyclist be classed as a pedestrian when the definition of the word pedestrian means A walker; one who journeys on foot; a foot traveler, so even if a cyclist was to ride on the path (or sidewalk) they still coul not be classed as pedestrians.
