That's their choice. I have long passed the age when I thought it was important that everybody liked me, there is always going to be some one that does not, what is important is that you like yourself, as long as you try to be the best that you can be other peoples oppinion should not matter to the extent that you try to change because of it.

That is their personal choice. I may decide I don't like them, but it would be mean to tell them, "I don't like you"... and I don't like mean people anyway ; )
I am me ~ love or hate me ~ I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not.
Just be yourself; be the best you you can be; you will attract friends who love you for you!

honestly, that would affect me so much, but it would make you take a second look at yourself and see if there's a reason why you are not liked by this person.

Sometimes, it's not your fault if someone doesn't like you. If I've offended someone, I'd apologize and hope that I could have the chance to make it up to them and move past it. If they dislike me not because of something I've done, but rather some part of my personality that I happen to like, then I don't let it bother me. I have plenty of friends who love me for who I am, warts and all. You shouldn't have to change yourself to fit in. I'm all for self-improvement and evolving as I move through life and have different experiences, but I try to be myself, whoever that is on any given day.

its really good that you believe in yourself but might be there is something that we need to improve... thus isn't it better if we go for selfevaluation

Wow, I dropped the ball checking up on my response to this one. Even though it's late, I'm going to respond to your comment. If you read closely, I said "I'm all for self-improvement". I'd like to re-iterate that I believe people have the ability to change and learn, but I still try to stick to who I am and what I believe in, although I am capable of changing my mind about what that means.

it is a world of many different kinds of people ,every individual has adifferent taste, some may like me and some may not .it completely depends on their choice....i would not take it as an offence but would try to improve myself ,,,and better try to avoid such poeple....

I would probably ask them why they feel this way. And if it's unreasonable I would tell them to go soak their heads because ultimately, if their opinion of me is biased, Im not going to let it affect me.
