Do you cook at home? Do you enjoy doing this or you prefer to have someone cook for you?

Okay that's fine. While making your rice incase you are using your rice cooker you can always put some chopped vegetables on top in a pan, and while your rice gets done your veges also will be steamed. You can toss it with a little butter if you like add salt and pepper and you have your meal ready. No botheration of cooking.

Having done hotel management you must be quite an expert in specialized items.I agree with homely food is quite a different matter.

for me, it`s better to cook . When someone else cooks , i don`t like, just my mother dinner. That i can`t refuse . I`m lucky because i know to cook, i cook, i eat, and that`s verry nice.

My cooking style is just to put everything in the pan and let it simmer until it's cooked. I am not good in mixing sauces or adding taste. I just make sure that the food is cooked and then add butter or say sauce after heehee. I also like using chinese sausage to cook because it's very flavorful. SO every time I use chinese sausage in a dish, I know that it will taste great already.

Yup, I do cook quite often nowadays, and I really detest it. When I was staying alone, I used to enjoy cooking - simple meals, easy to prepare and clean. Now that I have to cook for my husband as well, I'm getting very irritated over the whole task.

I feel our moods affect our cooking. When you are irritated and in a bad mood food does not come out well. When you are cheerful and in a good mood you will enjoy the task and it will turn out good too.

Hi!I believed I am a good cook and prefers to cook for my family.Aside from doing the recipes I've learned from my grandma,I had lessons inmy highschool days. When I got married,I had the chance to study or had lessons in cooking too,.I am fond of exploring new recipes from books and internet.I am now trying to teach my daughters the basics of cooking so whenever time doesn't permit me to do it,they can.

yeah.....did you see the "Thanksgiving challenge" where the one cook de-boned her turkey and then rolled it up with stuffing inside...and then she de-boned the drumsticks and stuffed those with sausage??? i did that for Christmas and although it's a pain in the butt to de-bone a turkey....it came out beautifully....just like i pictured it. i don't usually follow recipes except to get the basic idea but i love watching those challenges and "Iron Chef" to get some ideas to try. you should see me raz, i look like a mad scientist in the kitchen. good thing i have a clean-up crew.......OWWW! OWWW!....STOP HONEY!!!....OOOOWWWWWW!!!
