Are there a lot of people in your local supermarket?

SO I went to the supermarket yesterday to pick up a few things for our New Year dinner. We won't be eating at home, but my mom liked to fill our dinner table with sweets and other foodstuff. And to my surprise, there were so many people at the supermarket! My first pushcart even got stolen!!! Is it like this in your area too?

Last time I went to the supermarket last year was on the 29th. I shopped for clothes and was really looking for good pants but that was the only thing that I wasnt able to buy. The line at the changing area was okay that I even got to try on clothes at least 4 times just to be sure they fit. The line at the grocery department was smooth too.
However, on the 30th a friend went to the same mall with her mother to buy groceries, she said the lines were so long that I think they waited for about 45 minutes just to cash out. We were texting while they were at the line.LOL
Your pushcart got stolen, that is something. Good that you were able to get another one, else you mightve been carrying 2 baskets to accommodate your purchases.

o man there were lot of people in the supermarket this evening when i want for grocery shopping. i guess everbody wants to do there newyear's grocery shopping early. it took me half an hour to pay my grocery bill. i was standing there in line for a long long while
