Color Scheme For Website Suggestion

I am about to build a website called tourismhelper.com, which will consis of information on tourism, for tourists as well as tour agents. But I can't quite decide what colors the website should have, so as to attract more people. If it should have more simplistic design, or more flashy stuff.... please advice!
