A miracle

I don´t know how many of you believe in God. But these days after having a bad year and wanting to have a very good new one i asked god if he was listening to my prayers and asked him to make a little miracle if he was listening to me. And yesterday my nephew came from Manaus to pass vacation here. And the amazing thing is that we love the same things. The same kind of music, parties and so on. There was about 10 years we didn´t see each other and that for me was a wonderful miracle. Because now for 2 months I will have a dear friend to go out with. And most of all my sister is planing to move back to Fortaleza after 20 years living in Manaus. So I see god really listed to me and is preparing a wonderful year ahead. With family near and new adventures. I wanted to wish you a wonderful 2009 and wanted to know if any of you had a little miracle any time of your lives?

2008 i think been rough on everyone. but no matter how bad it may seem to be, always remember it could be so much worst. and there is someone else out there who got it worst then you do.
i think when bad things happens, its like a test god gives us. to see how well we will handle it. and often he will show us some kind of sign as a mircle.
i learn this over and over so many times.

During 2008 our family's prayers were answered when my husband's brother successfully survived very radical throat surgery, followed by the good news from the surgeon that he got all of the cancer that would have killed him soon. We also welcomed not one, but two new granddaughters into our family who are five months apart in age so they will be close for life. They are the only girls among a bunch of boys.

2008 was also bad for me. But like you the Lord pulled me through from numerous bad situations.
