The last time I checked it depended on both the type of account you have and how the money is payed into your account. They had three types of accounts: Personal, Premiere and Business. Basically with the Personal account there are no fees if money is payed into your account from another Paypal account but if it is paid by credit card then the fee is 4.9% plus $0.30 USD. For a Premiere account the fee is 1.9% to 2.9% plus $0.30 USD for all payments into your account. This information is several months old and is for U.S. transactions (you would have to check at Paypal to see what the fees are for countries other than the U.S.) but I doubt if it has changed. For a personal account there is no fee for a payment made by Mylot into your account.

I have had a pay pal account for over 10 years. The only time I have had fees, when I sell on Ebay, they charge me a few pennies to process payments.
