This can be anybody's bestfriend. A very effective way to get rid of pimples and get rid of it completely, as this treatment not only eliminate pimples but would also discourages an oncoming one.
Buy a small botle of calamine lotion and ask your druggist to put 1 percent of Phenol...Soak a small bit of cotton in this medicated solution, and press it flat over the pimples. You Will be amazed how quickly it drys up.

If you dont want to spend too much money on pimple clearing products and face wash, then try tooth paste. Yes tooth paste. Just take a q-tip and put a very tiny bit on it. Put the tooth paste over the pimple. The things in the tooth paste dry out the pimple and it flakes off.:) Try using it before you go to bed, so you dont walk around with tooth paste on your face all day.
for the red ones, use a spot of visine on them and it will take the red out somewhat. . enough that you can cover it with makeup easier.

Hi friend, Thanks for sharing the info. Additonal "know how" on my part and the readers. I like to try how effective it could be but I could not test it to myself as I am not experiencing having pimples.
I will try to test it tho to friends who has problem in pimples but first I'l check toothpaste and visine's contains, to find out why it can treat pimples. Thanks again and Happy new year

If you suffer with oily skin a good thing to use is talc!
Only a tiny amount is needed. First, sprinkle a little into the palms of your hands to smoothen and dry them. Then, another little sprinkle, rub your palms together and smooth them over your face. You should not be able to detect the powder at all. Just a matte velvet finish.
You'll only look 'goth' of you use too much, or do not blend enough.
Never apply over bare skin. It will be too drying.
Always use over moisturiser, or foundation.
Exhale when you smooth the powder over your face. Sounds basic but prevents unwanted bouts of sneezing & wheezing.
J&J's basic powder (Talc & Perfume) works best. The constrach formula does't work for the face - it clumps, and cornstarch actually encourages bacterial growth.

Sissygirl's rght -- toothpaste will do it. Don't allow it to get on too much of the surrounding skin, though, because it can cause the skin to peel and blister.

Try Dove soap. It's more silky, yes the bar soap! Just cake it on your face with as little water as possible and leave it on their for awhile. It got rid of an acne break out for me.

Hello cowgirl, another wonderful and easy as 123 suggestion.
I didn't know that, I was using dove before but that was where I got some few pimples. Perhaps this sweetly scent and mild soap works the opposite. Dove was my favorite bath soap but I just don't know why It doesn't like me.(ha, ha) But because of this new info. from you ,I think I'l make a try again and I will also inform my friends about your suggestion. Happy my lotting

Oh wow this sounds pretty cool. I am very lucky in that I have been blessed with the gift of not having too many pimples to put up with, but I have to say I do get annoyed when one decides to show up! I have never heard of treating them in this way before but I might just give it a go if I need to next time
