Payment through alertpay: how does it work?

I am going to reach my minimum payout of 2 dollars at roudycahs tomorrow and I will cashout. Roudycash pays only through alertpay and this is the first time I am using it. I am not sure how it is going to happen because there is no bank account attached to alertpay account like paypal. I am wondering how I am going to receive the money and also if it takes longer than paypal to receive the payment.
