I'm trying to prepare myself before I pop this baby out... So, honestly... What's the toughest thing?

There is no hardest or easiest part about having a baby when the time comes you'll know what to do. Its all part of being a mommy. Its mainly women intuition. We are all programed to give birth and when the time comes you'll do fine.

raising them - it doesn't get better with age. mine are 16,14 and 11 and i think they are more work now than they were as babies. labour is a breeze dear, just keep thinking of the great gift you are "unwrapping"

The delivery is the hardest. The thing is when you have that baby in your arms you will realise it was all worth it.

Birthing is tough, and raising a teen is worse.

The hardest part about having a baby is rising to the occasion and being the best parent you possibly can. Getting tough with yourself and allowing nothing to come between you and your flesh and blood!
