What is your favorite mexican dishes?

I looove Mexican food. I love tamales, tacos, juevos rancheros.. mmmm, just makes me hungry thinking about it.

Anything Mexican... but my favorite would probably be chile verde, I love green sauce. Mexican food is problematic right now since I can't have milk products. :-( And what is Mexican food without cheese?

OMG--you're making me drool here..LOL and now I'm getting hungry. I used to go all out and make a lot of Mexican foods, like homemade tamales wrapped in corn husks, gazpacho soup, guacamole, empanadas, refried beans, home made tortillas--have to admit haven't made any of that in ages though. Since I live alone now have gotten a tad lazy about going all out and cooking that way since it's just me now

I like the tamales and the enchiladas but my favorite dish is pollo loco..it is a chicken dish with cheese sauce and some kind of red sauces. It is served with rice and refried beans with tortillas to wrap it or dip.Mmmm..I need a good dish right now.

Me? I can't get enough of tacos and burritos. Yummy! I also like putting lots of extra guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce and salsa. Boy, I'm getting hungrier by the minute!

I'm a huge fan of tacos and burritos! We usually have those at least once a week. Be sure to dump plenty of hot sauce on your tacos! Mmmmmmm! I like all the general stuff on my tacos. Meat with taco seasoning, cheese, lettuce, refried beans, etc.

I don't eat much mexican food, I love the rice, and I eat fajitas and tacos but that is all I know.

Man are you kidding me?! Mexican food it's a haven's delight!! I totally dig it! I love the soft tacos and not to mention the burritos! We have this resto in Makati, it's called Mexicali, so it's not so average resto nor a fancy one, but their food are the greatest!! I love just about everything about Mexican food!!! Name it!! Chillis give a tingling sensation on my tongue. It's just a way good one, but not too hot! Oh total goodness!!

Hey celtic! I like mexican food too! I like enchiladas, tacos and tostados too! I like plantanos too! I am not big on spanish rice and refried beans though. I could definitely do without them. My boyfriend loves that stuff! He could eat rice and beans every day and practicly does! I don't eat mexican food too often so when I do I really enjoy it!

Mexican is my favorite type of food and I'm a big fan of just about every meal that is mexican style. I like flautas, chili, spanish rice, tostadas, enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos, and much much more.

My absolute favorite is chile relleno, with enchilada's being second. We're fortunate we have a lot of good Mexican restaurants here. There are so many yummy sounding options that I keep thinking that I should try something new each time but, I can't help most of the time going with my known tried and true favorites.

I'd say my favourites are fajitas and nachos.

I think at this point, fajitas would be listed as my favorites. I don't get Mexican much because there is no Mexican restaurant here that delivers and I don't get out much.
