hi!!! funny you brought that kind of question up... i think you are smart... because, how are you gonna think of that question if you are not smart at all.. besides, smartness and intelligence are always acquired.. maybe hereditary or maybe from your environment... Reading is the best thing to do for you to become smarter.... not just simply reading but you should also understand what you are reading... GOD gave us smartness the way he has... We just need to improve it.. these are just a part of my own idea.. these might be a fallacy for some people.. happy new year too...
