Peanut butter balls are always a BIG hit at my family get togethers... You might want to look up a recipe online because I am not sure exactly how to make them... I just know they have peanut butter and chocolate!

I have an easy foolproof recipe for fudge, always turns out perfectly.
3 cups white sugar
1 and a half sticks butter or margerine
1 sm. can evaporated milk-5 oz.
1 jar 7 oz. marshmellow creme
1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips-semi sweet
combine sugar, milk and butter in sauce pan. IMPORTANT do not stop stirring or you can scorch the mixture.
continue stirring over med heat until a rapid boil, boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat
during boiling you might have to turn down heat.
add marshmellow and chocolate chips, and blend throughly.
optional: chopped nuts

Sometimes I like to make chocolate chip cheesecakes. They are delicious. Here's the recipe I use:Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
1 chocolate crust 2 pk. of 8 oz. cream cheese softened. 1 can (14) oz. Eagle Brand condensed Milk. 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup mini milk chocolate chips(semi-sweet may be substituted) 1 tsp. flour Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, vanilla; mix well. Toss chips with flour; stir inot cheese mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35 mins. or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with glaze. Serve chilled. Refrigerate. ******Chocolate Glaze********* In small saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir on low heat until thickened and smooth immediately over pie. Chill and Enjoy!!!!!

I agree with the peanut butter balls. those are quite good. you should also try chocolate covered pretzels. you can make them with pretzel rods. just dip it in melted chocolate, then add some colored sprinkles. they turn out quite cute. also, you could do chocolate covered spoons with peppermint that people could stir into warm milk. that'd be yummy. just look up some recipes online.

I love to make chocolate covered pretzels. I have a recipe for them that uses Rolos and a pecan. Put small twisted pretzels on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray, put a Rolo candy on each pretzel. Bake at 200 degrees until Rolo is soft. Remove from oven and put press a pecan in the center of the Rolo. Remove from pan and cool. This us yuuuuummmmmy
