I need some quick dinner ideas.

What to eat? It's the eternal question. It seems to either make us creative or get into a rut. Spaghetti is always a good standby. Chili is a good crockpot dinner. A quick stroganoff short cut is to put beef stew meat in a crockpot with Cream of Mushroom soup. Let it cook all day until the meat falls apart, the serve it over hot, buttered noodles.

Burritos! Brown some ground beef with spices you like. Grate some cheese. Warm up some tortillas add some salsa fresh greens and tomatoes and BAM! Your in business!

It is a tuna melt thing. Take the creamy mac and cheese, Once cooked and mixing, add some drained tuna and drained diced tomatoes. It sounds gross to some, but the kids loved it!!! LOL
