Now that the celebrations are over, did you wake up with a hangover? What do you do to treat a hangover and help yourself feel better. Please share what works for you.

NOOOOOOOO... NO hangover here!!! One glass will hardly leave me with a hangover. Drank about half & poured the rest down the drain!!!

Sorry, no hangover here. Woke up feeling refreshed, actually. Guess that extra 1 second at the end of 2008 did it.

{Pyewacket staggers in, dazed and confused. She looks around her and wonders...where am I? Who am I? What is today? What is this place...With her blurry vision she sees Howard in the distance...Who are you?} Heehee...Nope. I once did drink too much champagne on New Year's eve and when I woke up the next day I felt like I was dying. I"m not a big drinker to begin with, and for some reason champagne really affects me. So I had always limited my champagne to only one glass...well this one particular year, the one glass didn't affect me too much, so drank more and more, and paid the price the next morning..so nope vowed never to do that again and haven't...I only had half a glass of champagne as I really just wasn't in the mood to have a whole glass. So not only did I wake up nice and refreshed, no hangover, but woke up and got up earlier than normal

Oh those hangovers are the worst, you feel like your going to die and you always make a promise that you'll never do it again. Hahaha

Sorry I am late in responding to this discussion. I did not have a hangover. I was the designated driver so I behaved. In the past what works for me is to take 2 Advils before I go to bed and drink lots of water. I am a lightweight and can't drink much anyway. I am floating after 3 drinks and say crazy stuff.

I don't drink anything stronger than coffee. My daughter must be drinking coffee today, as she was making drinks with her machine last night. I wold rather wake up without a hangover or headache. Happy new year.

God I don't miss that feeling of hangovers for I stopped drinking 4 yrs. ago. To all who had a good time last night and are now feeling the after efects lol sorry to laugh but get a big bottle of gadorade or power ade and drink that. It has they electrolite's that your body is craveing it is a working wonder. I would drink that every time after I drank and it did the trick every time. I hope you all who have hang overs feel better soon.

Well, don't drink that is what I do.Other wise if you went to sleep it is to late to treat the way my friend does. He takes to aspin with a whole glass of water before he goes to sleep. And when he wakes up he drinks water. And if that don't work he say's what the heck lets go out for breakfast and he has a bloodymarry with his breakfast and then he feels better. Me I just don't drink and when I did when I was younger I just got sick. That is why I don't drink. Your friend onlydia
