i know in life i have wished that i could have more than i did, but it seems like lately since im getting older, i really realize that i have a lot, i mean i have a girl that loves me to death, my family is all doing good, and i have a roof over my head and food to eat, and thats a lot, but like i said at one time or the other we all sit back and wonder why we can't have something else, i was just wondering why you think that we do this and have you ever? i would like to take this time to thank everyone for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answering, and trying to help me, and i hope that you all have a great day and night tonight, thanks again for taking the time to stop by.

Well, I believe that it's human nature to wish for things that they don't already have. It's a distinct difference between man and beast. Everything has pros and cons, this human nature is no exception. The cons are, we get greedy and we get lost in all we wish to get in life and forget about what we already have in life. I believe when we get older, when we realize that time and chances are getting more and more limited, we start to to treasure what we have more than teasing the brain to find new ways to get more.
From my point of view, we MUST always be conscious of what we already have and we SHOULD always try to strive for a better and more meaningful life. The younger people, like myself should remind ourselves not to get lost in wishes and be disappointed with what we think we should have but couldn't get our hands on to. The elder people, should keep a younger hard, they already have all they wanted, but as long as they are still living, I'm sure there's still something that can be done to make life better for other people and maybe even other living creatures.

It happens to almost everyone, slightly or perhaps on obvious ways but, thinking of other possibilities is man's curious nature. Thinking of the 'what ifs' that could have happened and even if that they did happen in some alternate realm, the 'us' in that alternate realm would also be thinking of the 'what ifs' of our current or other alternate realms of possibilities.
