Would You? I mean, imagine You have good voice and nice personality, and thousands of people would enjoy to listen to Your art: Would You agree to become a musician EVEN if You had nothing to tell? If You had no joy or sadness to sing about? If Your attitude towards common issues in the world would be neutral? If You never ever experiences something important in Your relationship: would You still write songs about it and sing about it? Why?

You could always sing other people's songs, or play an instrument? I think everyone has been through experiences they could write about, but I don't think evr=eryone could be a good song writer..

But if a person sings OTHER people SONGS and experiences that he has actually never felt or experienced: don`t You think there is a lack of TRUTH and real Emotions? `Lost in translation`? I know that those artists who sing about their experiences touches our hearts deeper. Even if their voices are not so great: still they have a story to tell. And then comes copy-paste singers, and earns so huge money on something that did not come from their hearts...

I believe I would still become a musician even if I had nothing to say. Firstly, you mentioned a good voice, and thousands of people would enjoy to listen to the art, so I guess I don't mind singing for these people. I may have nothing to say, but I don't have to say something for myself, I can probably sing to say something for other people. I've been thinking that we always expect a "something", perhaps I can call it content. But sometimes, I believe a feeling of emptiness can clear the mind, create some space to store something new to rearrange what's old. Perhaps an art that has no messages (but there's beauty in it), still means something.
