Before you say that this is a nonsense comment, let me explain. "The pot calling the kettle black" is an old saying that I hear my mom say a lot. It means that someone is making fun of someone with the exact same problem as them. For instance, an obese person making fun of another obese person. I always thought it was odd, when people made fun of people or disliked people who had the same problems as them. A friend of mine is a lesbian, but she dislikes other lesbians and gay people. It's just weird. Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences.

Most people do not know themselves, so that is why they do not realize how closely they resemble those that they make fun of. My husband is a prime example----he is always talking about chubby or slightly overweight women when he could double for Santa Claus! Happy myLotting!

How can your friend be lesiban if she does not like other lesiban or gay people? That doesn't make sense to me. But than again maybe it is her up bringing to hate peopel that are gay or lesiban or she is unhappy with her self.

My dad does stuff like that all the time. He has my whole like. My sister and I sometimes will look at each other and one of us will say, "POT" the other one will say "KETTLE" and the one who said pot will say "BLACK". It happens so often that when we are around him we don't even bother saying the whole phrase.
