hey friends i think that iam very possessive since my child hood ......if my parents ask me to share any thing with others i used to feel very incomfortable ,dislike , i hate that sometimes i even try to destroy that thing though i love it very much no iam in teens i feel possesive in case of my friends too but this is making me to bother alot, will any body help me in this regard ?
i need help...

Yes, I am very possessive too but I am trying hard to combat it and get rid of that negative attitude because it is so damaging and it can kill relationships. I am possessive to my friends and my love ones I want their attention to only me and they should comfort me everytime I needed it but of course not all the time they do it so it started my frustrations and disappointments, seeing these bad things in my life I felt that possessivenesss is like rust that slowly kill my innerself and I started losing some of my good friends because they said that they felt suffocated with my possessiveness.
Right now, I am slowly combatting this attitude and trying to control myself not to be possessive anymore to the people close to me.
