best quality a student should have

hi, I have been studying the since I am three years old, and now I am 25 and still studying. But , can any one tell me what is the best quality of a student regardless of his or her age and discpline of the study. Let me put it very clearly, what is the one must quality a student should possess? Looking forward to listen your answers.................Thank you

i think hard working full concentration fresh mind are the quality a student should possess in order to properl assimilate wat he is studying.

hard work....is the must quality every student should possess ,,but everything is easier said than done. you must have the will to succeed.

I think a student must possess self-discipline. I personally lack self-discipline so I end up always cramming to school and sometimes studying on the spot of a recitation. I'm the play first before work type. I really need to discipline myself. There are times when I even miss my class because I don't discipline or train myself to be punctual. It is also applicable in writing reports and other papers. The discipline there is like, not forgetting to cite sources, etc. Good discussion, by the way. Makes me want to study over the weekend.
