My sister and her kids are so annoying!

I love staying in my room, locking myself in and just watch tv or surf the net, or rearrange my stuff. I love the peace and quiet i get when i'm in my room. Recently, my sister (5 years younger than me) and her kids started getting on my nerves! She'd knock on the door about 7 times in an hour asking to borrow the scissors, asking if i've seen the tape, asking if she can use my laptop, or just sometimes watch on my tv. She has has own tv in their room, and one on the living room. My room is really small (like 7ft x 7ft), so i feel really suffocated and crowded. When she enters the room, her 2 sons (2 & 3 y.o)barges in and trashes the place. I don't want to sound grouchy, but i really enjoy my alone time nowadays. But she'd look offended when i ask them to stay in their room or in the living room or in the other rooms.
