dose bux.to really pay?????

Could some one help me !!!!!!! I have been surfing on bux.to for more than a year .Each day i would get 10 cents .some how i got 2 referral . and made 10$ in july I asked for my payment but did not get it even after a month .I left it for few months but my referrals have been working and made my money till 20.50$ ,somehow I was able to ask for another payment in november and still not got my money .please help me what can I do?????????? Enyone with the same problem please reply
