Snoring problems and sleeping partners! Solutions please!

What grief this problem gives! Sick of the choices of either putting up with the noise or of having to decide to sleep in separate beds. Any solutions?

Hey. Go to those shops that sells health products. You can find some items that can help a person not to snore while sleeping. I remember seeing a certain thing you can paste on the nose so that the person won't snore when sleeping. Buy that for your partner or recommend them to buy it.

I have a friend who had this problem - her solution after much marital dispute - was to go to a homeopath. I was concerned initially - sleep apnoeia is actually a life threatening condition for some! However, a substance called (I think) "No more snoring" was recommednded and the dose increased to the point where it becaem effective...there is "no more snoring". i just wondered having searched the net, whether anyone had come across the problem = and whether its life threatening nature had been apparent...

i am a horrible sleeper and my hubby snore very loud. i usually end up sleeping on the couch because i have to go to work and need a good nights sleep. but what i would suggest is going to the drs to make sure there is nothing wrong with your partner plus, you can get those nose strips. they work but are sorta pricey.
