Where are the people who can truly help people in Mckeeport PA.? There arepeople running around yelling and threatening people and need help. Supposedly they know alot of people they call friends. But, are they truly friends if they do not help them and they can visibly see they need help?

This is located in the Grandview area by the bar, are there any brave souls to help or preach the word to try and helpa lost soul?

Mckeesport is a little too far from me, but I mean something I can do is pray for them and you can do the same or you can start an outreach program.

Wonderful, perhaps someone still close enough will be able to help, thank you for the wonderful solutions rmuxagirl. The outreach program idea I would need some more information on starting, never done that before, but is a wonderful solution.
