If one has good level of understand between the he and his partner, then there is no need to utter these words, his gestures and action will communicate a lot about his attachment and bonding and caring towards the other.

Love is an intense feeling that can hardly be disguised or suppressed. Therefore, no specific time is fixed for expressing it. Indeed, the word " I love you" will just come out involuntarily. It is only a simulated love that can be subjected to a specific time to proclaim. In most cases, the man is the first person to express the feeling of love due to the cultural restraints facing women in my society.

I never said I love you to my other boyfriends until i met my hubby. I think we have been for almost a year before I have told him that I love him..

Haha it really depends on the situation. If you really feel the time is right, say it.
As for me, the guy whom I am currently dating with start saying I love you to me. At that point of time however, I wasn't really ready yet but he was sweet enough to respect my decision :)
He did not stop saying I love you to me though. Of course he asked whether its okay if he says that. Somehow slowly, I could see how sincere he is in loving me and started saying I love you too to him. The words just suddenly came out because my heart says so.
