on comparedby.us, when I requested payout, the e-mail forms double my e-mail...
has this happened to anyone else? and if no, any advice on how to fix it?

Same thing happened to me xjgege. My paypal email doubled when I requested a payout. 
That time I also thought I made a mistake but I think now its a bug in Comparedby. I have read some discussions here in myLot telling the same problem. They also experienced the same.
As of this time, I don't know any way to fix it. It's a problem of Comparedby.Us.
