Me too. I prefer eggs with a little bit of a runny yolk. Poached is another favorite.

with a bit of a runny yolk?
btw, this is irritating. every time i post a comment, it reposts my old one. that leaves a lot of double posts. is there any way to remove those?

i am not a huge fan of scrambled, unless they have some ham and cheese mixed in.
once in a while i will go for scrambled, though

WE USUALLY HAVE SCRAMBLED BECAUSE WE USE EGGBEATERS OR JUST THE EGG WHITES.
SAUTE ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF OLIVE OIL; THEN ADD EGG MIXTURE. THIS IS VERY GOOD AND I
REALLY LIKE THE EGG WHITES MUCH BETTER THAN A WHOLE EGG. SOMETIMES I JUST FRY THE EGG WHITES I A LITTLE BIT OF OLIVE OIL FOR A GREAT EGG SANDWICH. ANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS TO PERK UP SCRAMBLED EGGS? DID YOU ALL KNOW THAT JUST ONE EGG YOLK HAS A DAYS WORTH OF CHOLOSTERAL!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THOSE LIKE US WHO HAVE A CHOLOSTERAL PROBLEM.
