best way to heal a broken heart is revenge.. occupying only pushes it to the back of the mind revenge lets you release all stress and anger i took a crowbar to my wifes head a burried her in a ditch at the side of the M4 and the police still havn't found her, i got nice insurance!:D

Only time will heal. Some people start seeing a new person straight away to stop feeling lonely but that may not be the right solution in the end. You just have to keep yourself occupied by doing lots of interesting things, seeing lots of people, etc.
