Who is the national hero for you?-living or dead.

I admire many people as heroes in my country like S.C.Bose,Sardar Patel,Jai Prakash Narayan,Dhyan Chand,Amitabh Bachchan,and so many others,but for me my national hero is Subhash Chandra Bose for giving a ray of hope to Indians that time and for his great vision.Who according to you is your national hero and why?

well apparently it is supposed to be Barrack Obama right now, but I don't have a whole hell of a lot of faith in him...

the only national heroes i have are indian armed forces and for me no one is above them. they are the ones who protect us from every danger and keep there lives at stake at the time no cricketer, no actor, no politician can match what they do for us. they are the REAL HEROES.

I have all the names you have mentioned in my list as well as every Army men who sacrificed themselves or fought to keep us safe during wars, Gandhiji and Bhagath Singh..And the best will be obviously Subhash Chandra Bose. He was somebody who thought nothing could matter more than independence and I admire his courage...
