How many of you recycle and if not, why?

I am an avid recycler and have been for many years. I cannot handle it when others throw things away that could be recycled. I started everyone at work doing it and try very hard to get friends to, but they are just too lazy. Yes, it takes a bit of effort and space to do this, but if you could actually see how much you are keeping out of the landfill each week when you go to the recycle to drop off, you would be shocked. Do you recycle and if you do not, why?

I recycle aluminum cans, tin cans, glass and plastic. My son crushes the aluminum cans and gets the money from them, but the rest we just turn in for no money at all.

to my part, it depends upon my mood. if im in the good mood, i totally spend my spare time doing some things like recycling anything, designing it for it to look better. but if im not in the mood, for sure it always end in the trashcan. [;
