myLot - policies on deleted discussions and other ways that pay may be reduced

Can anyone from within myLot tell me what the policy is with regard to deleted discussions? Are they deleted only if someone breaks the rules? I came across items that implied that if there was a delay in replying to posts in you inbox you could find that when you went to access the discussion if it had been deleted you then found that any pay for contributions you had made in the past would be taken away. I'd like to know the policies and also to know whether there are any other reasons why you can lose pay. Thanks
