I can't really say I mean I've read a lot of books in my life and all of them were good, well most of them. I can't really remember the first book I've read, does it matter how long ago? If it doesn't then I would have to say the book called:
Rangers Apprentice. It has a series of books and it's really good and you should read it if you haven't yet.

The first book that I ever read? I have not the slightest idea. I was reading fluently before I was 5, and I really don't remember very much from that far back.

Well mine was "The mystery of the moaning cave" by Rob Arthur(The three investigators) and the latest book was "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown.

The first book I read was "The little prince", by Antoine Saint-Exupery. My mom gave it to me when I was 6 and I really liked it, though I didn't understand it as I did when I read it later ;)
But the first book I chose and bought and read all by myself was "The hobbit", by J.R.R.Tolkine, when I was 11. I try to read it at least once a year, it is still one of my favourites!

probably the little red hen or Dr. Seuss books were the first books that I read independently. I was born to be a reader I think. I don't read as much as I did in high school however, I think college kind of interferred with my love of reading.
too much mandatory reading
