No longer for farm chicken, allergy. But for spring chicken, will do. What else? - No choice and have to enjoy taking fish but a fried one. What to do, at 47 of age seems there are so many type of foods now to avoid. Maybe for this year I have to gradually shift to be a vegetarian.

Definetely chicken. My father is a supervisor in one of the biggest fish processing plants in the country. I cannot even stand the smell of fish. Let alone the taste. Ewww!

Even though tastewise i prefer chicken, for health reasons i prefer fish.
It is great for heart, good for eyesight, contains extremly less carb & gentle on stomach. After i read these beneficial effects of fish, i have got hooked on to it. some of mylotters have written that one canoot make many preparations from fish, however in indian cuisine, especially south indian cuisine, these is an abundant variety of fish preps.

I do love chicken and fish. But if we only consider the taste, I would go for the chicken. But considering that I have to watch my diet, I would settle for fish most of the time. I do eat chicken to satisfy my craving but not always.

I like both, nut have chicken more often. My favorite kind of fish is fried, especially fish sandwiches, so I don't eat it that much as I know it's not good for me.

Chicken, without a doubt...I hate fish and all seafood for that matter...Which most people think is funny, because I'm part of a newfie family, and they're all known for eating fish daily...
