This topic is disscused still more often this days, it can safe someone's life but is it right to do? Well it's my own body, my own organs, why someone should use them? I think it is very difficult and I can't say in 100% yes or no. At this moment I don't want to become organ donor, because it brings me to think about death or something. It is a little bit selfish, you know you let someone else use your organs so it's like your body still alive even you not. What do you think about it?

Talking about Organ Donation, i think.. that is the best way for us to help others even though we are no longer at this world. I am not saying that those who are not agree with organ donation is selfish because, some people refuse to participate in organ donation not because of themselves but they also consider all aspect in their life such as, their parent or family's feeling. Helping others will give us more satisfactions and happiness. Trust me. Donating an organ to someone will not helping that person only but also people around them. When we die, we are no longer have any connection with this life but those who receive our organ got a second chance to go through this live because of us. I'm willing to be an organ donor but of course before i make any decision, i will discuss this matter with my parent and my family members. I will make them understand why i choose to be an organ donor.

I think about this alot. I support organ donation and have a donar card. My family knows it is my wish, should something happen to me to donate my organs.I wont need them anyway when I depart this earth. I think of it as, I am a mother and a wife, should I need an organ to survive I would hope that one was avalable to me. I would like to help others in my departure in life and by saving someones life, that would be wonderful. I have some relatives on the list to receive a donor organ. Some are just starting their lives and have young children. Its also sad knowing when they get the call that an organ is available, that someone lost their life, but was kind enough to give someone else the chance to live.

it's almost like donating things you're not going to use anymore. like your clothes, toys etc. it'll make someone else happier. the same thing with organ donation. since you're not going to use it anymore, why not giving it to others, so that he or she will live, healthier? it will do you no harm :)

when you die, you wont be using your organs anyway, so why not help somebody and do a very noble thing to others? a lot of people are waiting for somebody that will help them live longer.. i know somebody that did that.. the person is very grateful to the family.

I have a very different answer for it, even i am not able to say yes or no because i think donating of blood is good to some extent but just think of the organs we can't grow them again and again. So we have to think twice before donating any organs. There are some programs such as donating the organs after we die that we can do but just think of the family members do they accept it and they have some centiments like to burry or bury the body they will not be ready to accept it.

A lot of people are not comfortable about the idea of donating their organs when they die. This is quite understandable. I myself do not feel comfortable with the idea that when I die, I will be dismembered and some of my organs will form part of someone else's body. Anyway, I think that organ donation is a very personal decision and people who are comfortable with the idea of donating their organs should not be forced to do so.

If You're ever in the unfortunate (for You..)situation that Organ donation is the only viable procedure that can be done with your body, you really won't be in the position to be concerned about needing to hold onto them any more..and at that time, unless you have made a decision on the subject, there's no way of asking You!Nobody Lives forever,Nobody gets out of this life Alive..Accepting your own mortality is a step to becoming a responsible Adult. You do have a right to decide what is done with your Organs,Sure, but I think your family might have some little consolation or peace of mind when you are gone in knowing that you in a small way have lived on by helping someone else to live a healthier life..

hello welawai, I think it's worth to donate an organ to someone who is in need. But it depends on the situation, that is. In case a person is dieing with accident and that his/her organs can be used by someone who is really in need. In this case he/she can save life and make someone happy. She/he can prolong the life of a sick person by donating his/her organs.

Dear friend, I do hope those people might be much closer to God and if they give their organ to an unknown person and that too save life they are surely to be appreciated and gifted. I hope it would be one of the biggest thing that would be given to God as a gift. These organ donating people are really special people in the side of angels.

when a man born he becomes a national property. he has though the freedom to live and chose for himself. but donation of organs is another great oppertunity to help others those who are indeed in need. we are very fortunate to have all our organs okay. but what about them who suffer from a damaged organ? they also have the desire to live life to the fullest. so i support you in this respect of donating your organs.

Organ donation is a great way to help someone out who may not live without the organ donation. I know it forces us to think about our own mortality, but once you agree to be an organ donator you need not think about anymore.

It is one of the most beautiful and unselfish gestures I know. I believe one has to be fully grown and mature to take this decision, as it is a reminder that we just won't live forever. However, I believe we all might get to this deeper understanding of life by the time we get to a certain age, and if it happens, I'll be ready to become an organ donor for sure.

Many ignore the sad reality of thousands people whose only salvation is the transplant. For this reason, these patients are waiting for a donor who may not even appear. The drama of waiting sick a large circle of family and friends. And, unfortunately, nobody is free from this possibility. Therefore, we have to think too much and try to show as many people as it is beneficial and can do good to society. You may not like this idea, but donate their organs can save lives.

i think it's very important for the people to become aware of social problems , everyone needs each other. Many people think the act of organs donation wrong, but what they do not know is that these organs could save lives. and these people also need to need much of that act of generosity.many are dying waiting for a donor. i am in favor.

I think organ donation is a noble cause. It feels good that a part of you lives, long before you had gone and that somebody's life had benefited from it. I still need to get a donor card but I have already expressed my wishes for organ donation to my husband.
