I heard about site www.daytipper.com . I heard that it pays 3$ for 100 reviews. I wish to know if if this is a genuine site or a scam. Are payouts regular and reliable . What is minimum payout. If any one knows of this site please suggest.

The Help page clearly states that payment is made as a monthly draw and that the prizes are distributed among 'top tippers'.
"At the end of every month, Daytipper offers cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 to the top three tip authors with the most popular and useful tips in a given month."
Payment is made by PayPal.
The site is an 'edited' site, in other words, in order to be published, your tip must be accepted by the editorial team. The standard of English appears to be high.

It was founded in 2005 and appears to be a well managed and well designed site. I wouldn't expect it to be a scam.

I also found that, in their Blog for 1 Sept 2008, they say:
"We've listened to our users and have heard that you would like your submitted tips published more quickly. To this end, we're pleased to announce some exciting new changes to the Daytipper website. As of September 1 2008, we will be offering cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 to the top three authors with the most useful and popular tips in a given month.
At the same time, we will be ceasing our current policy of paying per tip. This new policy will allow us to publish much more content, and grow the online community even more quickly."
