What does it mean to be a gentleman? Are You a gentleman? How many gentlemen have You met? Is it a good thing: to be a gentleman?

One of the reasons I adore my husband is that he is truly a gentleman. He's from Cuba, before Castro, where the lives of the old Spanish dons served as models, and where gentlemanly behavior was part of the curriculum at school. Today's young men need to become familiar with the Code of Chivalry, as that is the basis for behavvioral expectations in the Western world.

I don't think that a gentleman would ever admit to being one. I have known a few and without exception they are people that I feel privileged to have met.

Gentleman :- as the name suggest he is a gentle man ....he is like a normal man and does all the stuff that a normal person would execute ..but it is his handling of the situations that make a difference...courtesy, finess, style are his tangible attributes...

And I thought that there is a difference between a GENTLEMAN and MAN, otherwise why not to call a `gentle man` SIMPLY a man? A man can be gentle, but not all men can be GENTLEMAN. Do You disagree?
