Listening to your IPOD while driving

I've seen a couple people doing this and it's so dangerous! You can't hear the things around you like when you're just listening to the radio. I mean you can always get one of those things to plug into your car so you can listen to your IPOD while driving which is so much safer!
Have you seen people doing this? or do you do this yourself?

Um,I used to that when my car stero broke down but I never used both earphones, just one and not very loud. I agree with what you said about plugging the Ipod in but what do you do when it's not an option? IMO,one ear is enough when you drive on the highway since you can't hear anything anyway. One has to be more available while driving on the street or any place where sound matters.
What really grinds my gears is when people talk on the cell phone all the way while driving. THAT I can't do,it distracts me!

Hi vanonas,
I have seen people who are doing this and it is very selfish for me since they are not concern to other people also who are in the road....
I don't drive but if ever I will, I will never put myself and other people at risk!

Your right, vanonas. Not just jeopardize themselves but to other motorists will also be effected if something bad happened to their level of safety driving. More worst if involved in group accident. Yeah...I've seen many times while am also on driving. But what to do and not much help can be done once spotted. Me?...ohh no, never done that such thing.

No. I wouldn't use headphones in the car because I wouldn't want to look retarded. Besides you want people to hear that Vanilla Ice CD.
