I have used both as well and both have pro's and con's. As a seller on ebay you pay even if your item dont sell, on Amazon you are not charged anything unless your item sells and they take it off the top. Ebay does not require all purchases to be paid for with a credit card and Amazon does. If you purchase an item and do not recieve it you can contest it easier on Amazon than on Ebay. Ebay is full of scammers and Amazon is not. I have to say that Amazon is better in the long run than ebay. I have also recently discovered that Amazon does offer the ability of auctions as well. Looks like Ebay may have some competion.

I also checked further and in order to sell on Amazon they require you to be verified. Ebay does not you can sell if you have a credit card. Any way Amazon allows for free listing on any item not listed as a auction, and auctions are only 10 cents. Any way hope this additional info really helps
