Why Blog?

Hi everyone! I just want to know why you guys blog. It's for an article that I am making for our college magazine. Please include your age and profession. You can send it to me through PM if you don't feel comfortable in posting those details here. So, why do you blog?

i do have a blog..basically it's a personal one, a place of my own where i can express myself and write about my ups and downs and the things that surrounds me.

Yup. It's really great to meet people from all over the world and from different walks of life. You get interesting opinions and ideas derived from other people's culture and it's just fun to make new friends.

Hi there! I'm 25 years old, a creative writer. I blog to share my thoughts, to express what I feel, especially when I'm depressed. I blog to share something that I find, learn or experience as well. I blog to let people know the real me. Through blogging, I've got to share information, moments and experiences to other people.

Hi nanayangel. I know this response is too late but just to share my ideas on this...I blog because I love to write and expressing myself. I am 35 years old and a stay-at-home mom. You can see my website on my profile page for you to get an idea on what I write. I also have started monetizing my blog/ website. Blogging is a good way to get creative and improve writing skills. Monetizing it is a plus really. It can also turn into a source of residual income in the future when the blog site is already stable and have attained good traffic in the net.
