I usually get a headache when the cold front comes. Do you get headaches when the temperatures reaches beloew freezing point? I do and I really hate it. I am not used to cold weather because I grew up in a tropical country. To those who have tried this what do you do with it?

Yes, I do think it has something to do with my sinus. Arggh, I hope the weather gets a little better. I actually don't like to take sinus medication because it makes you drowsy. I only take it when I really can't bear the pain anymore. I think we should move to some place warmer like Texas.;-)

It's a blessing in disguise we moved out of Illinois. The winter seemed depressing for me there. It's just horribly cold.;-0

I think the dry temperature gives us confusion and headache. I have never been to places with extreme cold weather but I have felt the headache when it gets too cold in our country. I think it is just part of nature what aggrevates it is the pollution around us.

You are exactly right mazark, the pollution aggrevates the air. Dry air is hard to deal with but I do believe there are ways and means to prevent the headache.;-)

It is sad that you get headaches. I think it is but natural since you are not used to it. You must have a very sensitive sinuses. It is really a good thing to just keep yourself warm by bundling yourself up. Drinking lots and lots of water can help too. Hope these helps you.

Yes, my sinuses are too sensitive. That is why I get headaches easily when the cold front is on the way.
