Can anyone here tell me a word that I am looking for - The word that I am searching for is ... There is a definition for the words with something like -
suppose there are two words tell and tale. There's a specific word in the English language for such words with the same prononciation but different spellings and different meanings.

the term would be homonyms: words that have the same pronunciation but different in spelling, like your example tell and tale. :)

I used to be good at english grammar. It has been years though. I am pretty sure that what it would be called would be an antonym. If not then, possibly a synonym. Great, now you made me think. Now I am just going to have to go look this one up as it will be bothering me if I don't.

You are looking for a homophone. The same pronunciation but different meanings and spellings. At least that is the definition according to dictionary.com.

Here are the dictionary definitions of everything mentioned so far. I think you're looking for homophone.
homophone: a word pronounced the same as another but differing in meaning, whether spelled the same way or not, as heir and air.
homonym: a word the same as another in sound and spelling but different in meaning, as chase “to pursue” and chase “to ornament metal.”
antonym: a word opposite in meaning to another. Fast is an antonym of slow.
