For me the best way is to start 'the day after' with scrambled eggs. That way I make sure that I'm not gonna have any stomach problems, any vomitting at all. I fry them on butter without adding anything else. Secondly, no strong coffee or strong tea. Avoid sour juices like orange juice for example. Drink only vegetable juices like tomato, cucumber, or a mixture of them two. Kefir is also good. Only when you make sure everything is ok and there will be no stomach problems, you can start eating and drinking something else.

I usually experience hangover the day after I got drunk! And the first thing that I do when I wake up in the morning, is have an ice-cold water! It gave me a refreshing feeling. After I manages myself to get a good breakfast anything may do (like noddles), at least I could give my stomach something to digest. And the last thing I take is milk.
Then lastly, after all that eating and drinking cold water and milk, I will have a good sleep and sometimes a short nap and it will take my nasty hangover!
