Hello friends, Do you know that Good Health depends upon abdominal firmness? This region is the center of absorption, assimilation, and elimination. Energy and emotional health also depend on it. Behind the stomach lies is known as the abdominal brain" a sympsthetic nerve apparatus connected with all the other abdominal organs. It is not for nothing that we speak admiringly of a person who has "good guts" and when we say good guts, we mean firm guts.
So now friends I like to share to you my secret on how to do the laziest exercise and yet effective compare to other diet schemes.
It is just simple: Do the stomach lift:Be saved forever from the nagging voice of conscience telling you that you must exercise.
Heres how: Inhale deeply let air pass thru your nose then hold your breath allowing your stomach to contrat Then slowly exhale alowing air to pass thru the mouth. Do that five times and doing at least oncea day at open air will give you better result.
You can even do this exercise much simpler even while you are working, sittig or walking.
Just do the habit of contracting your stomach. In a very short time you will see its result, Hope this help someone out there.. please let me know

Hello friend, yeah you are right, that the laziest excercise is stomach lifting and you can you do it the easiest simply by contracting your stomach. And its good that you can do it 10 times in the morning and ten times in the evening. I think it will give the better result the more. I bet you are having a firm stomach now as seems to me you are quite aware of it. Are you doing it regularly? happy my lotting

I have been doing this for more than a month now but have not seen any visible results, have you?
I still think that jogging is far more effective than simply doing these simple crunches :) I actually tried them separately. I've been experimenting with efficient exercises for healthy living and although what you suggest is good - and is actually what Pilates also teaches - it is not often times the best thing to take as a habit. In a carbon-rich environment, another study said that shallow breaths is the way to go because it will keep your lungs healthy.

Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Yes been doing this eversince I learned about it. And yes it made my stomach firm and I've been used to walk with my stomach in and chest out. Hehe another lazy exercise that I am doing is laying in a yoga slant my head below and feet upper part. It makes my face and my whole body firm. Walking is another nice and friendly exercise.
