Does excessive usage of cellphones cause any harm to our ears / brain?

In this age of cellphones, one can see many people having almost non-stop conversations. Is there any truth in reports that say excessive usage of Cellphones can cause damage to our ears / brain?

Yes excessive usage of cellphones cause harm to our ears and brain . if you use your mobile for more hours it will affect ..do not use the phone while charging .have a good day

Yes of course. It happens, and is constantly damaging our brain and ears. The more we carry on using the phone the more we are absorbing the fatal electromagnetic radiation. And you know what, these radiations are like a slow poison. They do not kill you all of sudden. They will gradually develop a tumor in your ear or brain that will one day create the problem. But again not all of us will suffer fro this. But those who are more susceptible will be at risk.

I think it does. My head starts to ache and ear paining. And a recent study shows that the memory starts to decline gradually on talking on cell phone for long hours. That's alarming!

Hi there Rameshn! I don't clearly understand that effect of using cellular phones but I do what a friend advised me to do to minimize the effect which is to put the cellphone on your left ear, left side of your head when you are talking to someone on it.

hmm. im not sure. i have heard that it emits radiation which might lead to cancer.
