Hello ramesh, select a very ripe avocado and smash it with few drops of lemon and spike with herbs, it will give you a delicious dressing and of course nutricious too. It make your salad complete as avocado in itself is complete. High content of Protein equals to many kinds of meat: If fully ripe it contains practically no sugar. Offers calcium, magnesium, ptassium, sodium, copper, phospates, manganese, and Iron. Loaded with Vitamins, A B1,B2 and C.

I always have the avocadoes on the side. One of the best salads I ever had was avocadoes, and fresh tomatoes with vinigrette and some herbs thrown in. It was deiecious. Ya, I would just keep the avocadoes seperate. This helps with the tomatoes and so forth not getting mooshee and also keeping things from going bad.

We had a huge avo tree growing next to the house in Rhodesia which gave lovely shade, but when the fruit dropped they were so big they smashed tiles on the roof! The very best way to eat avos in my view is to cut in half, take out the pip and then fill the hollow with French dressing and serve just like that. As you scoop out the lovely creamy flesh you get a tang of dressing with it. The real answer to your question is to remove the flesh in big chunks and just chop up the chunks into dice size pieces and throw into the salad bowl. Lovely!

I love to make shrimp cocktail and then add chunks of avacado into it. Tastes really good that way. I guess you could also make a salad to go with it along with a nice crusty bread. garlic bread would be really nice. give it a try its really tasty.

Avocados are a wonderful food. I usually just chop them into bite sized pieces and top our salads with them. My family loves their salads this way. I also smash them up and add a little lemon juice salt and pepper and some diced onion and serve it with Tortilla chips as a dip. Yummy I love avocados and eat them as they are. Hope that this helps.
